Happy New Year 2008

Well where does the time go?
I have been busy doing some swaps that need to be done and I have made a start, seems like everything is due in Jan!!!! (dont panic just breath Jen LOL).
First some Atc cards for someone abroad you know who you are. so done look if you dont want to see them before they get there .

I have also been hooked on making Moo Cards
once you start you cant stop!!! there should be a health warning on these things LOL.
I thought they would be a different and hard to
work on but I love working small, thanks JVO you brought me in to the world of small !!

Last but not least a Banner swap for Paper Whimsy group there are three girls in a group we all do a letter each our word is ART and I got the RRRR.
I was worried about doing this as you use fabric base then paper but Im happy with the result.

This year Im going to do some wonderful classes the first of which is just under a month away with the very Talented Michael De Meng .
On Feb Michael is going to be teaching two workshops at Ancient Echoes in February. The first, Soda Pop Icons is on Sat 2nd and the second, Transparency Collage-ssemblage is on Sun 3rd. To enquire please email me kathyata@yahoo.com.au or Marg Byrne byrnemargaretm@yahoo.com These are going to absolutely fantastic don't miss this great opportunity.I think there are places in the soda can shrine the other transparence one is fully booked.

WOW! So wonderful..just wish I could see them in person. They are truly works of ART! And tell us what MOO cards are. Whatever the definition, they are terrific. I love mini's too and they are no easier to do than the larger pieces.

Love the atc's and oh those MOO cards!!! I've cheated, I bought MOO cards made from my own atc's though Belinda Schneider sent me a couple of Rock'n'roll ones that are fabulous!

I know you are going to LOVE Michael's class....take your apron along and get him to sign it for you! ~grin~

Wow Jen I do love that banner! Don't forget to show us the whole thing together. Your Moo cards are gorgeous,I do like working on small items.

Judy's comment made me giggle. I was disappointed Michael's class in the west was cancelled. I love that so much from his class was transferable and I use his techniques a lot without 'doing deMengs'. Enjoy, Enjoy, Enjoy!
